Tammy Mazzocco has been a Licensed Realtor since 1995 and has been a team member at Judy Gang and Associates since 2000. She sells residential real estate in Franklin, Delaware, Licking, and Fairfield counties in Central Ohio as a Re/Max agent.

Her excellent skills include great communication with buyers and sellers, the ability to thoroughly answer any questions, to provide videos and other sales incentives, and help to bring a purchase to a successful closing.

She makes use of lead companies who transfer customers to interact with because she has proven that if she can make phone contact with a prospect, she is much more likely to set an appointment. Once she gets that face-to-face appointment, she is more likely to make a sale. People don’t realize that she is actually a little shy when meeting and talking to people, and she hides it by being friendly and talkative and friendly and appearing to be outgoing.

She provides her prospective customers with neighborhood and other pertinent information, buyer resources and articles to help through the home buying process, tools to estimate mortgage payments, and whatever else is needed with the aim of making the difficult process much easier.
